  • After I submit my order, how soon will I receive the product?

If the item you order is in stock, and shipping to an address within UK, it takes only 3 business days at most. If shipping to an address outside of UK, it takes 2-5 business days. If the item is backordered, it will ship as soon as it is restocked according to the shipping schedule previously mentioned.

  • How can I track the status of my order?

A confirmation of your order, which contains a shipment tracking number, will be emailed to you the day the product ships.


  • Can you ship to a PO Box?

We’re sorry, our shipping services require a physical address, so we are unable to fulfill orders to PO Boxes. 


  • Can you ship internationally?

Shipments outside of the U.K. require additional shipping costs, duties and taxes, therefore FlexiSpot is not able to take orders for international delivery through this website.
