- Is this a secure website?

- Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, please email us at [email protected] or call us at +44 20 3769 2956 (9am-5pm) within 1 hour of placing the order. We will issue a full refund if the order is canceled and the product has not yet shipped. If 1 hour has passed, the order will be processed for shipping and on-time delivery, it can not be canceled then and will need to go through the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. We will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund. Should you choose to reject the delivery, we will deduct the initial shipping costs as well as the return shipping costs from your refund.
- Will I receive an invoice in the mail?
No, you will receive a copy of your order automatically via email. If you need invoice, please contact us via [email protected] We will send you via email.
- How do I return my order?
Please email us via [email protected] or call us at +44 20 3769 2956 about your return request. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for your return. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Returns are processed and credited within 7 to 10 days of receipt.
Returned Items: A 30-day, risk-free policy applies to all items.
All items must be returned in their original factory packaging and in “like new” condition. Items returned in other than “like new” condition may be subject to additional restocking fees. Returned items are subject to inspection prior to issuing a refund.
All returned items must be unassembled and repackaged in the manner they were originally received. Items not returned in this condition may be subject to additional restocking fees.
Customers are responsible for shipping on items returned after the 30-day, money-back guarantee expires. Please let us know the tracking number of the shipment. If we offer a prepaid shipping label to you, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. If, however, your product arrived with defects or the wrong product was delivered, FlexiSpot will cover all return shipping fees.
