Take a long, hot shower
Just as a warm drink can make you feel good on the inside, indulging yourself into a warm, hot bath or shower is great for de-stressing and relaxing. If you’ve been sitting on the desk for too long, a warm bath can help you release tension, ease sore muscles and provide you instant relief from cramps. Put on some comfortable clothing

Instead, try organising your desk, read a book, cook yourself dinner or even write a diary.
Spend time with friends or family
The best way to unwind would be to spend some time with your beloved family members and friends. Recall some of your favourite memories spent with them, laugh and have a blast!
