Trial & Return & Exchange Policy
With our trial period, you can order Flexispot products, try them and if you are not happy with your purchase, we will process your return and give you a full refund.
The Flexispot hereby provides all products in the UK with 30-day trial period
How the trial period works:
- Your trial period begins when your items are delivered. If your order consists of many items, each item has its own trial period depending on their actual delivery dates.
- If you order a product which is shipped in several packages, your trial period starts from the date that your last package is delivered.
- Within the trial period, you are eligible to return the products if you don’t like them for any reason.
- Return shipping cost will be covered and you will then receive the full amount you paid for your order(s) upon our receipt of the returned package(s).
2.Return & Exchange Policy
Return & Exchange is available for almost every product Flexispot Sells.
We offer free return & exchange within the trial period 30 days for the UK and Ireland.
You will need to get the Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) issued by our Customer Service Department after requesting a return (or exchange). All returns must be approved by the Flexispot Customer Service team.
We allow return products in its original packaging, so please keep the original shipping packaging (original boxes and packaging materials) after purchase in case you might use our trial policy.
Please note that: If the items are not returned in the original packaging, we will refuse to refund.
All Flexispot products purchased from dealers or resellers are not eligible for return or exchange.

If a product purchased from Flexispot is damaged or defective, you are eligible for a return without above pre-conditions.
How to initiate a return:
- Photographic evidence showing products are still in like-new condition, and have been properly packaged into original packaging must be provided.
- You will then get return labels from the courier, then email us the tracking number and the receipt of the shipping fee.
- Within the 30-day trial, Smart Office will issue a full refund including the shipping fee upon receiving the product in the original packaging and in like-new condition, or
- You will be sent a new exchanged item equivalent to the value of the returned item in case you request for exchange.
Please note that:
- Prior to returning, all products must be disassembled so they can fit into their original packaging. Customers are fully responsible for assembling and disassembling the product.
- The refund will be processed 2 days after we receive the product. And it might take 3 to 5 business days for the refund amount to be posted to your account
- A reasonable restocking fee (maximum 30%) will be applied for any product that does not meet aforementioned requirements
